I have been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, and I spent much of that time as a claims supervisor where I supervised each line of insurance at one time or another. I most recently served as a property supervisor and catastrophe coordinator for Erie Insurance here in New York state, and I have extensive experience in coverages and claims handling.
